Awesome People Needed!

I am always looking for awesome people to be a part of my company.  My ideal worker is someone that is a genuinely nice and honest person that actually cares about the work they provide.  If you are not a nice and honest person that cares about the work you do, I do not want you!  You may fake me out for the interview but I can promise that you will not be around for very long.  I pride myself on having the best company in this area and cannot accomplish this with substandard employees.  I also need people that show up to work and don't make excuses.  Again, if you are the type that calls out or makes excuses every chance you get, you will not be with my company very long.  I also need people that are motivated by money.  I do not pay by the hour, but rather per the post that is installed.  I feel that that if you are willing to hustle and do great work I need to pay you accordingly.  This also stops me from having to question why a limited amount of work is done.  I don't have the time to nag you everyday and frankly, I don't want to.  I want my guys to show up to work and do their best every day.  I also use the best equipment available.  I use mini skid steers so that your job is as easy a possible.  I will not subject you to use primitive tools because I would not want to use them if I was an employee.  I want you to be able to do as many posts per day because the more you make, the more I make.  I have set my rates so that I can attract the best candidates.  Below are my rates per post.  If you work for another company you can already gauge how much you could make a day (hint: it's a hell of a lot more than what you are getting paid currently). 

Salary:

$5 per post to start.

$7 per post once you can run a side with a helper.

$12 per post once you are the foreman for a team of 3-4 people. 

Based on an average of 20-25 posts per day (that is with you and a helper), you can expect:

$100-$125 per day or $12-$15 per hour to start.

$140-$175 per day or $17-$22 per hour if you can run your own side with a helper.

$240-$300 per day or $30-$38 per hour as a foreman.
